Attitude Rosé is the result of traditional wine making techniques from grapes grown in the Loire Valley. The vineyard soils are chalky and calcareous clay, with the potential to give Attitude lovely fruit aromas and freshness on the palate.
The Attitude Rosé is a blend of press wine and juice obtained using the saignée method, where some of the juice of wine macerated on the skins has been bled off. The juice is produced from grapes that are macerated that have not been sorted or de-stemmed.
