Terroir: The Ca’ Bianca “Antè” Barbera d’Asti is sourced from the estate’s high altitude vineyards in the hills of the Alto Monferrato. The vines are trained using the traditional Guyot system with high density planting that results in low yields.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked in early October and macerated for 8 days. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel vats followed by 12 months in new and one year old Allier barriques.
