Quinta da Gricha is located on the South bank of the Douro between Pinhão and Tua with a North facing Port was sourced from “Talhão” nº 4, the very old vineyard at Quinta da Gricha with an average age of over 50 years.
A field blend from old vineyards (average age over 50 years) that include grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Francisca and Tinto Cão.
A deep purple color with a lively violet rim; on the nose black currants and gum cistus; very elegant on the palate with firm tannins and a fresh flavor of crushed blackberries.

Ripe, fruity and balanced, this has the potential to be a delicious, not-too-concentrated wine. Acidity and some dry tannins give the wine a firm character that is balanced by the fragrant berry fruits. Drink from 2026.
