" Bright yellow. Ripe stone fruits on the nose. Quite dry and minerally, conveying good spicy intensity to the ripe peach and hazelnut flavors. A streak of crunchy acidity enlivens the middle palate and gives life to the finish. Gublin told me she did zero lees stirring in 2010"
"A typical Meursault nose features notes of hazelnut, citrus, pear and a hint of earth. There is good richness and volume to the relatively full-bodied flavors that thanks to the nicely prominent acidity retain a fine sense of cut and delineation on the focused and lingering finish. This offers better quality than it usually does as there is more energy"
"Love at first sniff. Creamy and dreamy, really bold and with the most astonishing Stilton cheese character! I can imagine this wouldnt be for everyone, but the style is so bold and complex, I love it."
