Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested, strictly sorted and destemmed. The must will sit on the skins for 12 hours to fermentation. The wine ages for 19 months of in oak barrels deep in the cellars of Domaine Jacques Prieur.

(part done in old foudres, 15% in new oak): Pale, bright yellow. Lively lemon zest aroma. Supple in texture, with a touch of sweetness to its citrussy flavor. Nicely round and easygoing wine with a hint of finishing saltiness. This flavorful wine could be enjoyed now.
Firm reduction renders an assessment of the nose impossible today. By contrast there is good freshness to the notably rich and generously proportioned medium-bodied flavors that possess an attractive mouth feel if only average depth on the otherwise nicely persistent finish.
