Bright green with pale straw. Aromatic herbaceous notes balanced seamlessly with hints of cut capsicum, Finnish blackcurrant leaf and freshly squeezed lemon. The palate expresses intense fresh grass and tropical fruit characters, leading into a crisp but lingering finish. The wine shows a precise balance of structural and natural acidity with vibrant varietal flavours, a true expression of the season and vineyard.

Made in a deliberately moderate-alcohol style, this is a medium-bodied wine with no bells or whistles. Leafy notes hint at fresh greens, while the flavors are more green fig and white grapefruit. Drink now for zesty refreshment.
A cool region in South Australia, east of the city of Adelaide. Home to a zingy, fairly light-bodied style of Sauvignon Blanc. This lime-zesty wine from a single vineyard in a cool site salutes winemaker Dean Hewitson's wife, Lulu.
