Maximo Viura is a fresh, lively, light drinking white perfect for casual dining, seafood or on it's own.
The grapes are crushed gently and fermentation is in stainless steel tanks at at very low temperatures for 21. The wine is aged entirely in stainless steel and bottled young to retain its freshness.
Maximo Viura has aromas of green apples, lavender and hay, with delicate but intense floral and citrus notes. In the mouth, the wine is round, mellow and dry, with well-balanced acidity, before a delicate, spicy finish.
The wine exhibits a pale, green sparkle characteristic of the Viura grape, and the green overtones visible signify its freshness. There are aromas of a mixture of lavender and hay, green apples, and delicate but intense floral and citrus fruit aromas. In the mouth, the wine is round, mellow and dry, with well-balanced acidity, before a delicate, spicy aftertaste. Pair this with seafood and grilled fish and serve it as an aperitif.
