Terroir: The Santi Soave VIgneti di Monteforte is sourced from vineyards idealy situated throughout the Soave DOC.
Vinification: The wine is vinified and aged "sur lie" entirely in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of 7 months prior to a light filtration and bottling.
The finished wine has intense, fresh aromas of flowers and chalk, and complex tropical fruit and savory herb flavors on the palate, with excellent balance, firm acidity with a long, crisp finish.

Golden-tinged straw. Fresh, precise aromas and flavors of apple and pear boast noteworthy clarity and cut. Finishes bright, floral and long. Sneaky concentration and above average complexity for this wine in 2015. Probably the best young Soave I have ever tasted from Santi.
