Bigi’s Orvieto Classico Amabile DOC is a medium, off-dry wine whose palate is not too fruit driven. It is blended from: 50% Trebbiano Toscano (Procanico), 20% Grechetto, 10% Verdello, 10% Malvasia Toscana, and 10% Drupeggio. The fermentation of wine is stopped before all its sugars are transformed into alcohol, giving a medium, off-dry taste. Bigi’s Orvieto Classico Amabile offers a strong bouquet of wild flowers, honey and musk, sweet, very soft, but fresh and lively. Bigi Orvieto Classico Amabile pairs well with sweets.
