Terroir

The soils are primarily granitic, with some alluvial areas, generally of low fertility, which impart balanced vigor to the plants and optimal ripening to our grapes.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red color with violet tints. Intense aroma of sour cherries and black plums sustained by toasted notes. On the palate, black fruit is complemented by dark chocolate and black pepper. Velvety, ripe tannins. Unforgettable.

Food Pairing

A great match for lamb and game meats such a venison, duck or wild boar; grilled portobello mushrooms, and spicy dishes.
