Vinification
In thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats (low temperatures) to preserve the varietal aromas.
Tasting Notes
A subtle mix of peach and white flowers opens to us. The yellow color is animated by green reflections that wrap our imagination. After a fresh a nd dynamic attack, it is harmonious, greedy, and long. An intense expression of great white wines from Bordeaux.
