Fresh and delicately fruity, Riunite Rosato is made from soft pressing of selected grapes and then refermentation. It has a pleasant, sweet and harmonious taste that goes with a variety of dishes.
Terroir
Grapes are sourced from the province of Reggio-Emilia, on plains surrounding the Po River. Fertile, deep and medium-mixture grounds.
Vinification
Soft pressing of selected grapes, with a brief contact between the skins and the must. Refermentation at 42˚F-50˚F (5.5˚C-10˚C) using the Charmat method to add frizzante to the wine.
