Terroir

The selected vineyards are situated at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level, in the alluvial valley of Trentino – Veneto; the soil of morainic origin is a mixture of clay, limestone and gravel; the wine training system is the “pergola trentina”.

Vinification

The grapes are picked towards the end of September as soon as the right balance between acidity and sugar has been reached; they are vinified by the usual white wine method, off the skins, and at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts and the new wine then stays in stainless steel tanks until it is bottled

Tasting Notes

Clear, bright, straw-yellow in color; fresh, fragrant, lingering bouquet; dry, fruity flavor.

Food Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif and with light hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes
