About
Composed mainly of five plots, our vineyard expanded in 2016 and now covers 30 hectares of limestone and flint. “Attitude” is the fruit of this reflection and the natural know-how of Maison Pascal Jolivet. Its identity and its particularity give a unique style to this wine signed Pascal Jolivet.
Terroir
A blend of grapes grown on limestone and clay mixed with flint on the vineyards in Chemery en Tourai
Vinification
The grapes are sorted after harvest. 100% natural vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is aged on fine lees for 5 months.

Floral, elegant, with precise notes of white fruits, dry and mineral

A wine ideal as an aperitif, and to accompany oysters, chevice or white fish
