Terroir

The grapes come from selected vineyard parcels in Trentino and the Veneto, situated along the Adige valley, on very stony and well-drained alluvial soils, at around 200 meters elevation.

Vinification

The grapes, picked towards the end of September, are vinified by the white wine method, with cold settling of the must; the fermentation, with selected yeasts, is carried out at 16-18°C; the new wine rests in stainless steel until it is cold sterile bottled.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color; distinctive bouquet of wild flowers, with hints of honey and bananas; dry, but not excessively so, full flavor, soft but fresh and lively, with a pleasing, lingering aftertaste of ripe pears.

Hors d’oeuvres, first courses, fish and cold white meats.
