Terroir

The selected vineyards are situated in the alluvial valley of Trentino -Veneto, at an altitude of 100 metres above the sea level.

Vinification

The grapes, picked during the first ten days of October, are traditionally vinified by the red wine method with 8-10 days maceration; the fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature (28-30°C) with selected indigenous yeasts.

Tasting Notes

Bright ruby red color; very distinctive bouquet, with touches of fruits of the forest preserve and hints of aromatic hay; dry and full flavor with a lingering clean and elegant aftertaste of raspberries.

Food Pairing

Roast red meats, game and mature cheeses.
