Vinification

After crushing and destemming, the grapes are separately fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (usually 24–26°C) for 5–7 days with frequent pumpovers. Primary fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation, which softens the wine

Tasting Notes

Pale ruby red with purplish highlights. The wild berries (blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants) on the nose are accompanied by pleasant grassy and spicy notes, while the palate vaunts soft tannic structure and nicely balanced acidity and richness.
