Vinification
Fermentation takes place over the course of 14-21 days. It ages 10 months in small French Oak barrels (33% new).
Tasting Notes
This wine offers notes of plum, rose petals, wild strawberry, and allspice while the palate gives way to vibrant raspberry and red fruit flavors mingling with Rainier cherries, and delicate hints of jasmine tea alongside a touch of anise to add depth.
Food Pairing
Pinot Noir Vintner Select would pair best with roasted or grilled pork, veal, and sautéed mushrooms.
