Terroir

Miss Harry Chardonnay is grown on Mt Barker at an altitude of 360m. The soil is composed of clay and loam topsoil with an average vine age of 28 years

Vinification

Vinification includes crushed and pressed; free-run fermented in French barriques,
partial malo-lactic fermentation. It is settled in stainless steel then bottled.

Tasting Notes

The color is bright, pale green with washed straw hints. The aroma features apple, pear and white peach with floral overtones. On the palate is white peach and baked pear fruits with minerality and balanced acid length.

Food Pairing

It pairs best with goat cheese, marinated pork ribs and shellfish.
