Terroir

Vinification
Fermentation takes places over the course of 26 days and then 11 months in French oak (40% new oak), five months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
A well-defined architecture supports complex layers of flavor, that unfold to reveal refreshing notes of apricot, green apple, nectarine, and lemon chiffon. This wine’s flinty character and minerally undertones are balanced by its fine depth and style, carrying through to an elegantly prolonged finish.
Food Pairing
