Vinification

Fermentation takes places over the course of 25-30 days in stainless steel and then six months also in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant with notes of lemongrass, verbena, star jasmine and grapefruit, this lively wine is aromatically inviting. On the palate the wine bursts with fresh green apple, kiwi and tangerine tones that give way to lush passionfruit and melon notes. The exuberant flavors shine through the long, round finish of this versatile wine.

Food Pairing

Cuvaison Sauvignon Blanc pairs best with shellfish, vegetarian dishes and soft goat cheeses.
