Terroir
The Lulu Sauvignon Blanc was grown in the LuLu Vineyard at an altitude of 525m
The soil is loam over clay subsoil with an average vine age of 30 years.
Vinification
Vinification includes crushed and pressed immediately; cold settled, free-run fermented only. Aging is done in stainless steel and bottled
immediately after settling.
Tasting Notes
The color is bright green with pale straw. The aroma features melon, pear and citrus with hints of tropical and blackcurrant leaf. On the palate is fresh grass and tropical fruit with clean, natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Perfectly paired with shellfish, soft goats milk cheese, and vegetarian dishes.
