Terroir

The altitude ranges from 350 to 600 metres, with south facing aspect.

Vinification

The red grapes, harvested and laid in 10 kg’s plateau, are vinified in white with a soft pressing and an immediate separation of the skins to avoid the transfer of the color to the wine. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (18° C). After a period on its lees, the wine is bottled.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow color with light golden hues; delicate, distinct aromas of green apple and white pulp fruit; dry and fresh on the palate, with a pleasant mineral finish.

Food Pairing

Great as an aperitif, it pairs very well with freshwater fish, fried fish and vegetables.
