Vinification
The Folonari Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel to retain a fresh, fruity character. The wine is deep red in color with aromas of herb and cedar and notes of plum, cassis and spice.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant ruby red colour and the typical fruity fragrance of a fresh, young wine, with hints of forest berry jam, and hints of spice like vanilla and cloves, and aromatic hay. On the palate it’ soft, full and warm, with a crisp, refined finale of raspberry and ripe blackberry.
