About

The word Bricco (Bric, in Langhe dialect) recalls the top of the hills in the Langhe,
whose limestone soils, which are rich in quartz sands and very fine clays, guarantee a broad structure and an immediate expression of the bouquet.

Terroir

The word Bricco (Bric, in Langhe dialect) recalls the top of our hills, whose limestone soils, rich in quartz sands and very fine clays, guarantee a broad structure and an immediate expression of the bouquet. It is on these soils that white grape varieties find the ideal conditions for the full expression of their potential.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested manually at a level of ripeness such as to have a perfect balance between acidity and sugars. In the cellar they are delicately pressed and destemmed: the pressed grapes are immediately cooled and immediately softly pressed. All operations are carried out avoiding contact with air as much as possible, to prevent any type of oxidation of the aromas. The must obtained is left to ferment at low temperature in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. The wine is kept at a controlled temperature on the yeasts, to allow it to best express its peculiarities and, at the same time, to blend harmoniously into a unique, powerful and delicate product, just like honey (Amel, in Langhe dialect) draws freshness and complexity from the different flowers

Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow color, with pale greenish reflections. The perfume combines fruity notes of mango and grapefruit with hints of honey, acacia and hawthorn. The flavor is full, fresh, savory, fragrant, delicately mineral: it flows lightly on the palate, but does not let itself be forgotten so quickly.

Food Pairing

Ideal for delicate appetizers such as veal with tuna sauce, vegetable flans and for light first courses. It also pairs well with white meats, boiled or stewed, or with raw or marinated fish.

This is fragrant and fruit-forward with citrus fruit, white peach and spicy herb aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied, bright and mouthwatering. Crunchy acidity and a juicy finish. Fresh and joyful. Drink now.
