About

The very type of Burgundy wine for several centuries: red, colorful, bouquety, firm and loyal. Located in the Côte de Beaune, between Beaune and Volnay, Pommard, its Crus and its beautiful residences, mark the place where the Côte slopes slightly towards Autun. Vinification

The grapes are grown sustainably in soils rich in iron oxide. 100% Pinot Noir. 70% destemmed berries, 30% whole grapes. Alcoholic fermentations in open vats for 21 days. 17 months ( 5 monthsin stainless steel tank) 100% in oak barrels (30% new oak)
